2. Nature of the service and AI disclaimer

Onde produces audio content from parameters and a topic supplied by the user, using artificial intelligence and voice synthesis models. The voices, dialogues and situations described are fiction or popularisation content, generated automatically: they do not constitute authentic statements, official positions, real interviews or contractual documents. Any attribution of remarks to real natural or legal persons in generated content is purely scenarised and does not necessarily reflect real opinions, facts or positions, except when the user themselves provides verifiable elements and assumes responsibility for them.

3. Prohibited uses

The user expressly undertakes not to, without this list being limited to the listed cases when the law so requires:

• Impersonate the identity of a real person or deceptively imitate a real person (voice, style, positions presented as authentic).
• Create or distribute defamatory, libellous, harassing content or content that infringes the honour, reputation or privacy of others.
• Simulate statements, interviews or interventions by political, judicial, religious figures or any real public figure for the purpose of deception or audience manipulation.
• Distribute the generated content by presenting it as an authentic recording, a real capture or an official source without clear mention of its AI-produced nature.
• Clone or imitate the voice of real people without prior written consent in compliance with applicable laws (including image rights and neighbouring rights where applicable).

4. Intellectual property

Onde service elements (software, trademarks, interfaces, documentation) remain the property of the editor or its licensors. Audio content generated for a user is governed by the general terms of use (GTU) applicable at the time of order or subscription. Onde reserves the right to moderate, suspend or remove any clearly unlawful content or use, or use that violates the GTU, and to cooperate with authorities where the law so requires.

5. Moderation and reporting

Any report of abusive content or clearly fraudulent use of the service can be sent to: [EMAIL_MODERATION]. We endeavour to acknowledge receipt and process serious reports within an indicative timeframe of forty-eight (48) working hours, subject to the complexity of the case and legal obligations.

6. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the topics, instructions and parameters they submit, as well as for the distribution and exploitation of the generated content outside the platform. They warrant that they have the necessary rights and authorisations on the elements they provide and undertake not to infringe third-party rights. Onde cannot be held liable for unlawful use or use contrary to these terms by the user or by third parties accessing the content.
